The first category for our coffees is our Northside Espresso Blends which all have an orange label. Espresso blends are carefully crafted combinations of coffee beans grown in different regions and origins, roasted to achieve a balanced and unique flavour profile. As the name suggests these blends are created to be best suited for espresso, but can also be enjoyed as filter coffee.

Category .02 is for single origin coffees from some of the best known coffee producing countries around the world and go inside our bags with green labels on. The coffees we have selected to go in these bags are those that we feel showcase the true classic flavours from that particular origin. 

Our bags which have the pink labels on the front contain coffees which we have sourced and roasted for their more complex flavour notes. As the title suggests, these coffees will have highlighted sweetness and more funky flavours notes compared to the Classic Single origin coffees. Chose one of these if you want to taste some of the more interesting flavours in coffee whilst still having good balance. Nothing too wild here!

The final category with the gold labels on our bags are for coffees we have sourced that are rare and out of the ordinary! These will have distinct and different flavour profiles, showcasing unique or experimental farming practices or from lesser known origins. Expect quirky and unique flavours from these coffees.
